We, at Khatabook , are looking for a Customer Support Executive for Inbound support.
What would you do at Khatabook
- Providing solutions to different problems of customers by taking help of different internal tools
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails/chats.
- Having product understanding and helping the customers as well with that.
- Ensure that all the related notes/ call comments are properly documented and suitable information is provided to clients
- Coordinating with the internal teams to get the issue resolved
- Candidate should be comfortable with rotational shifts and Week offs
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions manage and resolve customer complaints.
What are we looking for
- Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent communication skill (Hindi and English Mandatory)
- Candidate should have 6 months to 3 years of experience in Customer Support / Voice/Non-Voice Process
- Must have worked in Customer Support Inbound/Outbound/Chat/Email process
- An enthusiastic and energetic individual.
