Digital Marketing Executive
We are looking for Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track and optimizer digital marketing ad campaigns across all digital channels (Primarily - Google, YouTube, LinkedIn & Facebook) & use programmatic Ads.
Responsibilities
1. Plan and Execute Profitable Ad campaigns on Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
2. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
3. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
4. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
5. Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
6. Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
7. Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels.
8. Content Writing is an added advantage

10. Market Analysis and Research
11. Competitor Analysis
12. Decrease SMM budget and get more business from organic approach
Requirements
- Proven working experience of minimum 3 years in running successful Ads across various platforms.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing successful ad campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords Campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
