Senior Manager/AVP - Quantitative Research - Brand/Ad/Consumer Research
Position : Senior Manager/AVP (Quantitative research) Responsible for leading a Quantitative research team in Mumbai. The role would also involve client management and team management.
Education Qualifications : MBA or PG in Stats, Maths, Economics or any allied stream
Experience : 7-14 years of experience in primary research (Quantitative)- Brand/Ad/Consumer research
Additionally, the candidate should have a functional knowledge of statistics.
He/she should also be conversant with tools like MS Office and SPSS.
Key Areas of Responsibility :
1. He/she would be responsible to generate revenue and develop business from new and existing clients.
2. Research Management : Will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the completion of quantitative projects adhering to the timelines and quality standards. It will include creating project proposals, designing research tools, supervising field work, content analysis, report writing, and final presentation to the client.
3. Client management will also be an integral part of the role. Pitching business to new clients, working with them as their research partner, and guiding them to make the correct research decisions will be a part of the profile.
4. Team Management - He/she should be able to select, guide, and mentor team members from a long-term team-building perspective. He/she should be able to drive team members and other colleagues to go beyond defined boundaries to deliver beyond expectations by using creativity and lateral knowledge to facilitate situations.
