Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Transportation management at Site Office.
2. Pantry & Housekeeping management at Site Office.
3. Site Canteen management and food arrangement as per request.
4. Hotel and car bookings for the visitors at Site Office in coordination with MO-Admin.
5. Stationary arrangement and management.
6. Pantry items like Drinking Water, Tea, Coffee management.
7. Site Office Maintenance (Incl. Electricity, AC, Water, Toilets, etc.)
8. Expats Residence Management and accommodation assistance.
9. Vendor Management and Vendor payment processing.
10. Safety items & Uniform management for site staff.
11. Mobile Bills payment of site staff (incl. personal call declaration).
12. Visitors management and Other General Administration.
13. Asset Management & Control / Document Control & Filing system.
14. Updating and maintaining attendance register.
15. Management of Biometric attendance machine.
16. Coordinating with the main office regarding HR-related work.
17. Leave application processing and recording.
18. Maintaining records of timesheets of Site Staff.
19. Management of couriers at Site Office.
20. Setting up conferences via conference device as per request.
21. Knowledge of Legal Compliances related to Subcontractors.
22. Maintaining Documents related to Legal compliances with proper Document Management
Liaoning with various Govt. Departments like Labour Dept., PF Dept., ESI, Labour Dept., Etc
Note: It is Project-Based employment of One Year which is likely to extend to the same project or any other Project of Kajima India.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
1) Educational Qualification - UG or PG.
2) Minimum 5 years of experience in administration.
3) Basic knowledge of Hospitality, House Keeping, General Administration.
4) Good management skills
5) Effective communication skills in English.
6) Ability to create effective plans and their execution
