Roles and Responsibilities
1) Manage individual and bulk listings on different portals,
2) Updating Product Data / specifications / Images / Pricing / Discount
3) Managing day to day issues arising on different portals
4) Solving any disputes if raised and providing all customer support to the clients
5) Handling customer queries and leads via phone, e mail and chat
Desired Candidate Profile
1) Strong computer skills with Proficiency in MS Office Excel
2) Business analytical and problem-solving skills
3) Proactive, Team Player, requires good co-ordination and networking capabilities
4) Good written communication skills and typing speed in English
