We are looking for Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter for Bangalore location.
Candidates will be designated as a Technical recruiter/Talent Acquisition specialist on Contract and will have to work his/her way to build the trust and get rewarded accordingly.
Not for the faint hearted.
Should have minimum 4+ years of experience in Technical Recruitments / IT Recruitments.
Candidates should have worked or currently working in IT organizations mandatory.
Job involves Day Shift and 5 days working.
Flexible in his approach to handle Global stakeholders for hiring done across PAN India.
Should have hired on technologies like: Cloud, Developers, Programmers, Automation, SAP, Full stack developers and more of IT related hiring and should be able to work on software like Taleo or Workday, other ERP's.
Candidates having knowledge on new technologies will be an added advantage.
Having experience in bulk or volume or mass hiring will be added advantage
Having experience working on job portals, google x-ray search, github or any new tools will be an added advantage Candidate should be a graduate preferably from engineering background or Technical background.
Compensation will be commensurate your experience and basis the budget for the role.
