Roles and Responsibilities
Brand Operations
- Execute secondary researches on the category & products available locally and globally. Assist in gaining competitive intelligence through analyzing competition packs, pricing, margins and communication strategy. Procure market samples wherever necessary
- Coordinate with Sales team for execution of marketing initiatives.
- Liaise and coordinate with activation agency and activation team to ensure effective implementation.
- Liaise and coordinate with local vendors to ensure that the quality of the merchandise is in line with the plans.
- Follow up with business partner/Channels/agencies in order to deliver all brand building/marketing activities.
- Consumer complaint handling- Interact with customers to identify the root cause of market complaints and coordinate with other functions for addressing the complaints.
- SAP work new vendor code creation, PO generation
- Track execution of all sorts of marketing activities and take corrective action in case of any aberrations in consultation with the Brand team.
- Plan market visit and gain in-depth market and consumer understanding to assist in planning marketing activities.
- Provide data support like keeping MIS for various local marketing activities.
Consumer Research:
- Attend consumer researches & immersions and analyze consumer feedbacks and report to supervisor.
Brand Communication and Promotions:
- Assist in planning different ATL and BTL campaigns of the brand in sync with the available marketing budgets and brand objectives.
- Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of brand campaigns across mass media and on-ground.
- Plan and execute the merchandising initiatives (ideation of merchandising, cost, design etc)
- Manage logistics of promotional materials. Follow-up during execution for necessary course corrections
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA (Marketing) from reputed colleges
- 2 to 4 Years relevant experience
- Preferably should have exposure to handling brand execution activities
