Job Title: Office Associate Customer care
Job type: On contract initially, can be taken on permanent rolls later, based on performance and vacancy availability
Job Purpose: To handle customer calls, queries and complaints.
Job Shifts: Rotational Shifts
Principal Accountabilities:
- To provide customer service by answering calls professionally & provide information about the product / service.
- To communicate in a clear, pleasing voice
- Co-ordinate with distributors to handle product related issues.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Good Spoken and understanding skills of English, Hindi and any vernacular language (preferably Malayalam)
- Excellent Communication skills
- Good Listening skills
- Ability to handle stress
- Basic knowledge of MS-Excel for updating data & archiving reports.
Education:
Experience:
- At least 6 months of experience in handling customer calls.
- Should have experience of working in corporate environment
