IT Product Owner - Consumer Services Job Description
The IT Product Owner is responsible for maximizing product value by articulating and prioritizing the product features for a cross-functional delivery team to develop. The IT Product Owner ensures the right product is built by the product team in the most efficient manner. They work in an open, collaborative, and approachable manner with the product team to inspire optimal solutions that solve customers problems and challenge the team to find the smartest, most efficient solutions.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Maintaining web analytics tool to ensure the application and its reports are available at all times
- Work with operational team to provide traffic statistics of brand sites to site owners by setting up reports in analytics tool
- Recommend analytics tracking / tagging strategies based on marketing campaign objectives and requirements
- Maximizing analytics tool by continuous exploring marketing or advanced reports and various tagging strategies
- Constant engagement with site owners, development team by training or sharing new features which can be beneficial to the marketing campaigns
- Own and manage all analytics and SEO tools that we use in the marketing space and be SME
- Maintaining competitiveness of brand site in SERP by performing frequent audit to brand sites
- Provide recommendations and optimize web pages
- Getting up to date with the latest ranking algorithms
- Sharing best practices and new ranking algorithms to peers and site owners
- Perform analysis of various SEL / Analytics related tool and offer recommendation

QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree, ideally in IT or a business discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in integrated marketing programs across multiple platforms
- Client-facing experience
- Deep understanding and broad experience with multiple digital marketing functional areas such as, Web Analytics, Reporting, A/B Testing, SEO, measurement etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Functional and Technical working experience in the below products :
- Analytics (Google 360, GTM, google Studio, Google Big Queries, Google API support, Google Search Console etc.)
- A/B Testing (Google Optimize)
- Organic Search (MOZ, SEMRUSH etc.)
- Demonstrable ability to translate business needs into requirements and define those in a written format that allows the development teams to align behind the product vision
- Outstanding organizational, communication, relationship-building and collaboration skills at all levels
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience as a change agent at multiple levels of an organization
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (preferred)
