Surveillance of Company issued devices like Emails Access, Desktops, Laptops, Mobiles, Dongles, Data Cards and any other items.
Keeping a tracker for usage of company provided IT resources.
Maintaining & updating the Records of Company s IT resources & Allocation.
Maintains confidentiality and utmost discretion.
Conducts Meeting/ Discussion/ Investigation/ Enquiry /Interview with subjects and witnesses.
Gathers and stores physical as well as digital evidence.
To keep detailed records throughout the investigation Process & adopting Statutory Compliance/Government Law.
To follow relevant exiting laws, guidelines, regulations, Process & standards.
Collaborating with hierarchy and Concerned officials.
Using investigation management software and investigative databases (DLP-Data Leakage Preventive Tools)
Coordinating for further investigation process if required.
Maintaining, updating & securing proper Documentation.
