Job Description
We are looking for an IT administrator who will manage and support the IT Infrastructure of the company, including hardware, software, desktop and shared infrastructure, networks, servers, data center etc. in a corporate office setup.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ability to implement new digital solutions and software systems. Strong knowledge in automation of business operations on digital platform.
- Setting up new users in the SFA system
- Providing technical support to the existing users
- Providing digital solutions and ideas to the field users and vendors
- Resolving minor bug issues and system issues
- Diagnose IT issues being faced by employees and providing quick resolutions. Include both hardware and software
- Installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of all desktops, laptops, or other devices used by the company. Includes both hardware and software
- Inventory management including sourcing and purchasing of Hardware and Software
- Repair of laptops and desktops including sourcing of parts, repairing the assets inhouse or through service centers
- Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers
- Implement anti-virus, anti-malware, data backup/recovery
- Software metering and overall licensing management
- Regular IT audit of all systems
- Training of employees
- Implement Company wide IT policies
- G Suite management
- Create / delete users. Take backup of mails if required
- Coordination with Google on specific issues
- Manage backup, security, passwords etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience preferred
- 4-8 years of experience as an IT administrator in fields of IT software / hardware asset management, repair and procurement
- 2+ years of experience in Dynamic Software Handling, IPv4 Networking, and Google GSuite
- Proven troubleshooting skills and the ability to stay calm and methodical under pressure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong analytical abilities
- Experience automating processes and operating at scale
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Travel required
- IT industry certifications are a plus.
- Experience working in Windows
- Install and configure Windows
- Install, update and manage software on Windows
- Strong familiarity with Laptops and desktops of different brands, and best practices around driver management, BIOS updates, settings, etc.
