Job Description:

This position will be responsible for implementing Digital Initiatives and IT projects within the company. Applications support management with help of vendors will be one of the core responsibilities.
Key activities include planning, coordinating and leading Digital/Technology projects, Innovations and applications support within the company.
Areas of work include business requirements analysis, preparation of user stories & process flows, technology evaluations, cost benefit assessment and presentation to management.

Specific Responsibilities:

Identify and analyze the business requirements independently and thru coordination with various business users.

• Define scope, objectives and measurable benefits thru involvement of relevant stakeholders.
• Define solutions, concepts and create proof of concept and prototypes with the help of vendors.
• Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
• Enhance existing systems and coordinate day to day applications support along with team.
• Monitor performance and capacity of systems, determine cost and productivity levels and recommend improvements to IT infrastructure.
• Plan, monitor and track budget.
• Conduct cost benefit assessments and negotiations with the vendors.
• Contribute in adoption of technology, building customer experience and Digital journeys

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent.
2. 5+years of experience working in Digital, IT applications support/operations, business analyst or projects management roles.
3. ~3 years experience in NBFC or lending companies.
4. Experience in leading and managing large IT projects, software development or scrum teams.
5. Working knowledge of applications, digital properties, systems administration, databases, technology landscapes.
6. Knowledge of a few key lending processes.
7. Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
8. Digital orientation and competitor benchmarking skill.
