Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. To oversee all General Administration related work.
2. To supervise and provide administrative support system for various activities.
3. To assist in preparation of various types of reports, Tender documents and other related works.
4. To coordinate with various Government Departments for Estate & Maintenance related activities.
5. Supervising and monitoring of various indoor/outdoor works related to the Estate & Maintenance throughout the campus on regular basis.
6. Any other jobs as assigned by the Competent Authority from time to time.
Academic Qualification and Experience:
1. Graduate in any discipline from a reputed University / Institute. Candidates with Post graduation may be preferred.
2. Minimum 5 (five) years of relevant supervisory experience in General Administration in an Educational Institute or similar organization. Similar work experience in a Management Institute may be preferred.
3. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (specially Power point, Word, Access and Excel etc.).
4. Proficient in written and verbal communication in English Hindi and Bengali
