Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. In order to do this, the candidate will build and train an effective team, and effectively incorporate business trends and customer feedback into the training of employees.
Responsibilities:
- Promoting various steel products to prospective customers in the territories.
- Managing documentation like Sales Contract, LC, shipping documents etc. for orders received from existing customer base.
- Creating new opportunities for promotion of new products based on an in-depth understanding of market potential, specific customer requirements and company capabilities.
- Handling business segments independently with overall guidance and supervision.
- Preparing Market Reports and Business Plans on regular basis based on published data, market intelligence etc.
- Visiting clients and associates inside/outside India, developing new potential clients and fostering excellent business relations and developing new sales opportunities from existing accounts.
- Interacting with foreign delegates, adapting to the cultural differences and advising about Indian market scenario from time to time.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Good and pleasing personality
- Preferably located in Gurgaon / Delhi or wiling to relocate from anywhere in India.
- B. Tech (Mechanical/Electrical /Metallurgy) / Preferably MBA or PGDM in Marketing/International Trade.
- Good communication skills minimum in English and Hindi. Knowledge of other Indian languages will be an advantage.
- Computer literate well versed in MS Office, Windows etc and ability to handle business communication independently.
