Skills
- Should be a certified PMP/PRINCE/AGILE SCRUM (CSM/CSPO/SSM)
- Experience in managing international clients (US/UK/Middle East)
- Should have experience in managing projects/products from the education domain.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attitude to learn and problem-solving skills
Delivery & Quality
- Designing and implementing Project management best practices (Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall)
- Leading project planning sessions with project managers for building project plans, setting project goals, budgets and identifying resources
- Leading the Projects team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Leads the project management plans with the defined roadmap of project scope, assumptions, risks, and overall project approach, including project resource needs, high-level timelines, project communications, etc.
- Monitor and own projects schedule, issues, risk, dependency & change management logs
- Design process to monitor project progress, deliveries, and quality
- Continuously strive toward improving productivity and efficiency on projects and avoid delays and effort overruns.
- Setup Project wise metrics to track and evaluate project performance.
Revenue & Profitability
- Managing finances (Revenue, invoicing & costing) for defined projects/accounts
- Design framework for tracking & monitoring project profitability, finance, and costing
- Work with senior management to improve overall gross margins and net profitability on all assigned projects.
- Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
Vendor Management
- Work with the support team for identifying vendor partners for sourcing requirements
- Build strong business relationships with third-party partners and/or vendors for implementation services as necessary
- Demonstrate good negotiation and relationship building skills
Customer Satisfaction
- Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context.
- Maintaining positive relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Assessing customer feedback and using creativity to establish, improve, and refine services.
People and Best Practices
- Ability to delegate and monitor the task completion
- Ensure that the team observes and follows established processes, procedures, and policies within the remit of responsibility adhering to agreed Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements, and quality standards to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Ensure defined levels of billability of resources are maintained.
