Job Description
• Sourcing candidates for the manpower requirements through job portals, agencies, references / networking, and existing database.
• Conducting preliminary HR assessments to check their communication skills, technical skills, and stability.
• Maintaining Interview Status & Daily MIS.
• Background verification and Reference checking of candidates.
• Conduct employee on boarding.
• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
• Employee engagement activities.
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
• Gather and analysis data for maintaining monthly HR dashboard.
• Maintain employee files and records.
• Preparing attendance data for salary processing.
• Maintaining regularly all HR forms issued by the employees and duly signed by HOD and HRD.
• Maintenance of all the registers related to HR & Admin.
• Assisting HRD in documentation and other HR& Administration related matters.
• Any other task related to HR & Administration that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATION: The candidate should be graduate. MBA would be added advantage
SALARY:15K-20K per month
Should have a pleasant personality and possess excellent communication and an analytical mind.
