We are hiring Business Development executive (BPO)
Experience : Minimum 1 to 5 Years.
Location : Vandalur, Chennai.
Shift Timing: Night Shift (US Shift)
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Identify new sales opportunities by making outbound calls to follow with the sales leads and prospects, predominantly in US & Europe Market.
2. To achieve daily target of calls & emails to explore sales opportunities.
3. Achieve quarterly milestones and close sales.
4. Regularly study key/ growth accounts and identify important players.
5. Collaborate with Sales head and to work towards closing deals.
6. Maintain a detailed database with all information on the prospects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of Experience in cold calling /Lead generation in BPO sales environment
- Should have worked for the US and Europe markets.
- Effective oral and written communication skills. Be able to understand various accents of English speaking customers across the globe.
- Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of customer though various mode including telecom and video conferencing.
- Team player with willingness to work with cross-functional teams.
- Technical skill sets: Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point. Exposure to CRM/ERP tools will be an added advantage
- Should have Fixed appointment for Pre Sales Manager to convert the sales lead to an Business to the organization
- Should be targeting net new logo & existing opportunities.
- Knowledge on Market research of prospects for better understanding of the client requirements.
- Knowledge required to assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients
Other Criteria
1. Graduate in any Specialization
2. Should be flexible to work in US (EDT) hours Monday to Friday with fixed Week Off
3. Good communication skills - Should be proficient in English (verbal and written communication)
