Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Coordinate and assist with the Recruitment and selection process at the plant level.
Compensation Management
Conducting Performance review meeting and management
Framing HR policy of the company
Training and development of the new employees
Complying with Labor law and factory's act
HR administration
Employee and Labor Relations management and all other important HR activities in the Organization.
Liaison with Payroll Officer to coordinate & prepare payroll information for month-end salary payment.
Coordinate employee disciplinary process and grievance handling.
Handling Contract Labors.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
The candidate should have enough experience in HR administration at Plant Level. The candidate is expected to be a well-seasoned professional who can understand the nature of the company and form a suitable HR policy and henceforth head the HR division. He would be given an important role in Administration. The candidate should be self-motivated, dedicated, and skilled and should be able to empower the workforce of the company with the right strategies. The candidate will be placed in the appropriate hierarchy wherein he will be one of the key people of the Organization at the Plant Level.
