Responsibilities :
- To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Receive letters, packages, etc. and distribute them
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc
- Check, sort, and forward emails
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
- Monitor office expenses and costs
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.)
Required Candidate profile:
- A candidate from the Hotel Industry is needed for this role
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the Front office
- The candidate should be presentable & have good communication
- Should be able to attend front desk & handle walk-in customers
- Pro-active and detail-orientated with good multi-tasking skills
- Comfortable working independently as part of a young and vibrant team
