Job Description:
- Responsible for executing day to day MIS related works in Accounts & Finance department.
- Ensure accuracy & timeliness details related to the data correctly update in systems.
- Responsible for Invoicing & billing, end to end follow-up with the Developers & addressing their queries.
- Working on Ladders & incentives plan given by Developer.
- Preparing Reports based on available data and providing the same to management.
- Provide required reports to management using advanced MS Excel techniques, create standard reporting formats, automated MIS dashboard etc.
- Verify, sort billing documents & file them properly.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor degree in Finance/Commerce.
- MS office Expertise in MS excel / Google Sheets.
- Basic accounts and Finance knowledge.
- Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience in MIS reports preparations/ Operations or financial / Documentation/Financial Reporting.
- Good/Excellent communication skills are required.
- Good in problem solving skills and follow up until it is resolved.
- Able to work in a teamwork & collaborative environment.
- Candidates should be active, smart & with a Proactive mind-set.
- Should not be a dependency for other team members, should be confident & should have an ability of handling things on their own.
- Should have patience & expected to be quick in decision making.
What we give you?
Fixed Salary + Half Yearly Increment (Performance Based)
