Roles and Responsibilities
- First Point of Contact dealing with office correspondence.
- Managing Meetings and Appointments
- Liaising with Staffs/Suppliers/Clients
- Organizing MD's Company related activities
- Supporting MD in day to day activities
- Manage diary, assessing the priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary.
- Manage travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation).
- Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
- Maintain records of contacts.
- Organize meetings and ensure that Boss is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings, and meeting papers.
- Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Supervise all Trust incoming/outgoing mail.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Management.
- Co-coordinating between each & every department of the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
Provide full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to the Management to ensure the smooth management of his / her day-to-day affairs, and the most effective use of his / her time. Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner. Take initiative as appropriate especially in the Management absence.
