Job Description
E-Commerce
1) E Commerce Sales (Target based) by lead generation received thru social media, client database, existing customers etc. Follow-up with potential B2C customers (add to cart drop outs or ads leads generated) for sales closures
2) Monitoring order & dispatch by coordination with vendors
3) Managing Online Inventory on periodic basis
B2B Sales
1) Follow-up with B2B leads for scripted requirement gathering. Arrange meetings with BD team and Senior leadership
2) Basic customer queries resolution while facilitating sales closures or requirement gathering
We are looking for candidates with :
• Good quality spoken and written English
• Customer interaction through chat, audio & video calls, emails and convert to sales
• Employee must have their own laptop and should have knowledge of MS Office, Emails, E-commerce transactions and Courier services
• Strong sales experience preferably in (DSA or Supermarket or Retail Outlets or Bank or Insurance or E Commerce Sales)
• Creative mind to generate leads and work on them with maturity to perform in highly competitive environment
This is 6 days a week job. Candidates should be open to any shift timings.
