Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Graphic Designer at HighRadius who would be working with the marketing team to create fresh collateral for online and offline campaigns and add visual impact to documents, presentations, and marketing initiatives within the brand guidelines.
The role requires a high degree of creativity, proficiency with design tools and an ability to convert technical marketing ideas into compelling creative concepts. Candidates with Graphic Design experience from advertisement or Branding agencies will be given preference.
Technical proficiency:
Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, XD, Premiere Pro, Audition)
Strong experience in creating motion graphics content and assets for use across a wide variety of media.
Analytical Skills, Creativity, Flexibility, attention to detail, acute vision, time management skills and Communication skills are must.
Key Responsibilities:
Create visually stunning video assets and content.
Post production editing of Video and Audio assets and production of final rendered products.
Creation and layout of marketing materials for specific marketing campaigns and projects using the Creative Cloud applications (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign required)
Creation of artwork to be used as a component piece in larger projects (Illustrator and Photoshop required)
Creation of UI/UX iconography and component pieces, and management of group library
Ensure brand consistency throughout all collateral.
Collaborate with the team and other colleagues to best support larger marketing goals.
Experience:
6-10 years
Prior experience with a strong portfolio of motion graphics work.
Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Suite and common motion graphics design software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education Qualification:
Graduate in any specialization/
Bachelors’ Degree in Graphics Design or equivalent courses
