Job Description
Lead learning initiatives across business units
• Liaison with organisation’s leadership and facilitate various
OD programs.
• Implement learning plans in line with organisational
strategy, priorities and business outcomes
• Identifying and implementing external learning interventions
• Managing the design, development and delivery of a range
of integrated learning and development solutions
• Managing and effectively utilising the organisations’ learning
budget
• Streamlining processes around implementation of
certifications mandatory in various business units
• Designing & implementing assessment & Development
centres across business verticals.
• Creating frameworks and implementation plan on building &
living Ample’s culture
• Designing & implementing learning journeys for all unique
roles in sync with Ample’s career roadmap.
• Streamlining and continuously improving existing training
processes and frameworks
• Spearheading various HR initiatives/projects related to
employee onboarding, development, engagement &
retention.
• Team Management
Desired Profile
• Graduate with 10-12 years of experience
• Worked on Instruction Design principles
• Should have worked in a business management
environment
• Excellent command on Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
• Skill to plan and deliver results in a highly demanding
environment
• Effective communicator and team manager
• Ability to take ownership and multi task
