Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and update job descriptions
- Sourcing relevant candidates as per requisite from Job Portals
- Screening, Skill assessment, scheduling and conducting rounds of Interview, taking feedback.
- Stakeholder Management
- Offer Negotiation
- Co-ordination with consultants
- Consistently meet the performance metrics
- Data Management
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must have experience in Bulk hiring, sourcing, Scheduling, Co-coordinating.
- Experience from BPO industry is preferred
- Graduation is a must.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of Experience as Recruiter
- Good Communications & Interpersonal skills
