JOB SUMMARY:
- Undertake to implement expansion of general trade business for Healthkart
- Responsible for managing a team of Sales Officers in one office/location
- Key driver for new store activations and repeat purchases
- Ensure smooth functioning of Stores for increased offtake
- Distributor management
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Increase new store activations for a territory
- Ensure standards for tangibles are met at all times
- Improve repeat billing at each of the activated stores
- Ensure offtake of products through store level merchandizing
- Ensure constant improvement in quality of service and cost-effective methods
- Team management - Training, learning and development of SOs
- Ensure sales processes and policies are adhered to
- Ensure upkeep of Healthkart brand image through store level relationship management
- Cost control measures & cost reduction
- Reports and MIS generation
MEASURES OF SUCCESS:
No of brand and product trainings, as well as vacancy, recruitment and attrition management of the team of sales officers.
Deliver month-on-month store productivity and growth as per company ask
Percentage of total stores having placement and merchandize of Healthkart products
Manage 700-800 stores in a territory through a team of 5-7 sales officers while ensuring daily beat plan and meeting top 20% store owners at least twice in a month
Being the custodian of Healthkart brand in his/her territory, ensuring proper discipline, behavior and company policies are adhered to in true spirit.
