Scope of Work
1.Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
2.Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
3.Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
4.Overseeing operations of the company and the work of executives
Establish the Quality and to achieve Profitability of operation through Production planning and Cost control and reduction.
Develop operations policies; setup SOPs & ensure compliance. Take necessary corrective actions to realize plans as per budget.
To ensure on time delivery as committed to customer besides high level of customer service
Oversee rigorous cost control by regularly tracking 'estimates to complete' costs and take necessary corrective actions to realize final costing as per budget
Apply Benchmark best practices and established methodology of continuous Improvement in Operations.
Develop and implement risk management policy coupled with updating senior management on all critical issues and risk mitigation
Planning and developing a strong succession pipeline and ensure adequate manning at each level
Oversee the performance management process for the reporting departments
Chair operational review meetings to monitor progress and take corrective actions as required
Track the Key performance indicators and report periodically to the top management
To Set the MIS and Commercial Department along with PPC for analyzing, monitoring and controlling all achievement as per requirement of Management.
To be responsible for safe, hygenic upkeep and management of all the facilities / infastructure of the company
To ensure growth and development of staff member and workmen through training, introduction of different quality standard and system, liaison with marketing.
Qualification:
Post Graduatuation/ Graduation in Textiles
Exp:
Min. 20 Years

Experienced in handling opertions of value added knitted exports catching to international markets
