Roles and Responsibilities
1. Understand the market needs by interacting with dealers, distributors, customers, obtain feedback from sales, interact & negotiate dealers for achieving company targets to ensure sustained growth for the category
2. Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analysis
3. Maintain monthly sales volume and Market Operating Price (MOP)
4. Ensuring 100% collection as per Sales
5. Display Management at SIS, Multiband counters & Exclusive Stores
6. Value proposition presentations communicating the USP of the existing product
7. Assessing market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products and prepare benchmarking product roadmap
8. Understand all aspects governing Development process/ Product Costing/Quality Systems production activities & up to date knowledge of latest technological advancements, regulations and guideline.
9. Responsible for driving business for product category, from innovation to go-to-market execution and drive top line & bottom line revenues for the assigned portfolio of new & existing products.
10. Assist PGH/ RPM for road-map, follow the pricing policy as per pre-decided targets
11. Planning and managing inventories at branch & Factory warehouses
12. Responsible for pushing of over-aging stock liquidation (including defectives)
