Position: Territory Sales Manager in Hafele Surfaces (Engineered stones) and Water Solutions (Sanitary) division
Experience: 2 - 6 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Qualification: Graduate/MBA/B.E/B.TECH/M.E/M.TECH
Reporting to: Assistant Area Manager - Surfaces and Water Solutions
JOB PROFILE:
The position will be primarily responsible for overseeing all Business development, Sales & Marketing activities of the Kitchen Surfaces & Water solutions category in the assigned area.
KRA
1. Responsible for achieving top line of Kitchen Surfaces & Water solutions business in their
respective assigned area.
2. To Meet and build relationship with Key Influencers and Specifiers like Architects, Interior
Designers, Kitchen Studios, PMC, Builders & Contractors.
3. Identify and Set up Distributors in potential areas with key focus on Products existing as well
as newly launched in the Kitchen Surfaces & Water solutions
4. Identify Distributors and set up displays in potential areas with key focus on Products existing
as well as newly launched in the Kitchen Surfaces & Water solutions
5. Formulating & executing strategies to develop the Market for all products launched under the
Kitchen Surfaces & Water solutions
6. Coordinating with the Service and installation team to service the respective Market and
ensuring quality of execution for products under the Kitchen Surfaces & Water solutions
product portfolio.
7. Conducting regular training Interventions for Dealers/ Franchisees and Distributors
8. To work in close coordination with other sales personnel of other verticals to help generate
business for products in the Kitchen Surfaces & Water solutions category
STRATEGIC

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
To identify key channels for Sale of Kitchen Surfaces & Water solutions category products in the
Assigned Market.
To Identify Key Architect and Interior design accounts which will help drive the business forward.
To maintain a database of Kitchen Studios, Product Specific Partners, Architects and Interior Designers
and update the same in a timely manner.
To Develop and suggest key product mix from the portfolio to Kitchen Studios, Product specific
channel Partners, Architects and Interior designers
To update Architects, Interior Designers and contractors on new product releases
To educate the Target group on key product technicalities.
BILLING & COLLECTIONS
Ensure timely billing to customer.
Manage the collection process so that receivables are accrued within the prescribed time frames.
Ensure DSO limits are adhered to and followed.
Ensure necessary paperwork is provided and collected as per company standard operating procedures
Ensure credit policy of the company is adhered and not deviated from at all possible times
OTHER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide feedback about the product demand, market trend, product quality issues to Assistant Area Manager Kitchen Surfaces & Water solutions.
To ensure displays are well maintained and plan for them
To submit consolidated Monthly activity reports for the region to Assistant Area Manager Kitchen Surfaces & Water solutions
To maintain an inventory and ensure that samples, sample books & brochures are available at all
times.
To be up to date about current market trends, latest developments and new entrants in the Market.
Remain informed and updated with Product Knowledge and Industry related news.

- Strong Network with kitchen Studios, Sanitary/ Ceramic/Porcelain/ Marble
- dealers, Architects and Interior Designers,.
- Forward thinking with ability to review/enhance existing processes and create
- efficiencies
- Excellent (written and oral) communication skills
- Punctual, reliable to complete tasks on timely basis
- Accepts responsibility and proactively resolves issues ('solution focused')
- Compliance with and adherence to all Company policies and procedures.
- Excellent listening skills and interpersonal relations in dealing with both internal
- and external customers
- Strong capability to effectively delegate tasks to ensure smooth daily
- operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft software e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel required
