Recruitment, Selection, Training, Performance Appraisal, Framing & controlling Policies, Headhunting, Exit Interview, Employee Relation, Strategy making.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
Exposure to HR compliance function and disciplinary action will be an added advantage.
MBA / Post Graduate Diploma in human resource management will be preferred.
Ensures hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
