CTC: 3.5-4.2lpa

• Passionate towards customer experience and understand the importance of customer satisfaction
• Good communication skills
Roles and responsibilities:
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, chat and email and is fluent in written and verbal communications
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and understand the importance of promptness
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries nod is proactive towards doubt and clarity around the same prior to commitment
• Provide pricing and delivery information
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes and is good in terms of taking ownership and accountability
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Manage customers' accounts
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
• Record details of actions taken
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments with respect
• Follow up on customer interactions
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
