Job Description
In this role, you'll work on growing the brand's social media presence and engaging with our community on various social platforms online.
Your responsibilities will include -
- Ideating and implementing creative campaigns on social media for engaging with our community
- Planning content themes for every month based on external events (festivals/cricket etc.) and the priority businesses of the brand
- Leveraging topical themes and trending topics on social media with agility in order to get higher organic reach and engagement
- Working with our brand ambassador and other influencers to amplify our content reach
- Boosting social media posts as ads to extend their reach beyond our community
- Tracking and improving on organic reach, engagement levels of posts regularly
- Ensuring a constant supply of content for customer testimonials across all programs
- Working with the agency and internal teams to deliver high quality, engaging content
Who are we looking for?
- 0-3 years experience in social media marketing roles at well known B2C startups in India
- Ability to ideate, think creatively and come up with innovative marketing solutions
- Hands-on experience in running ads on social media (FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Comfortable working at a strategic level, and with diving deep into implementation as needed
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
