Role - Agri Executive/ Field Coordinator/ Mobilizer,
Location - Maharashtra, UP or Bihar.
Responsibilities :-
Essential Job Functions
- Play an important role in appointment, training & motivating the GMs. Provide required support to GMs for customer onboarding & transaction enhancement. Manage the performance of all GMs with required incentive plans.
- Field level coordination with GMs to enhance financial & non-financial transactions to their mapped customers.
- Facilitate GMs in serving their mapped customers with solving day-to-day queries on sales/tech & operational front.
- Providing training to GMs for products and Services. Solving the technical and product level queries of GMs.
- Increase overall performance of the area/blocks handled by daily monitoring/calling & meeting with the GM's mapped.
- Manage any aligned program/project under Donor/CSR/development sector project in the assigned territory.
- Coordination with all Local partners/Govt. & Nodal bodies/Distributor/Retailer or NGO's for overall business development & productivity
- Have regular field visits to keep in touch with the communities of the villages and district administrations
- Help in developing products and services for low income communities.
- Deal with day to day operational issues of the community
- Lead the work on conceptualizing technology requirements for implementing business solution for the community.
- Help Project Manager in forming batches, enrollments for the project.
- Taking feedback from the communities and villages and informing the AM-Operations
- Communicate company offering and quality requirements clearly to farmers
- Ensure a healthy harvest pipeline to procure vegetables consistently
- Maintain the good relationship with Farmers and responsible for the fulfillment of demand
- Expand the farmer network by onboarding new farmers
- Apply the GF innovation process to the workstreams,
- Ownership: End to end ownership of coordinating with farmers and handling grievances.
- Market acumen: Aware of the changes in the prices of local markets and pitch farmers for the company and to create an employer brand.
- Develop detailed project plans with associated milestones and work with internal and external personnel to ensure goals, timelines and quality parameters are achieved using Project Management tools
- Design pilot, scale-up and replication strategy
- Keep internal and external stakeholders informed on the progress of the projects
- Evaluate, hire and manage resources needed to support the project
- Create and manage budgets, and track progress against budgets
- Prepare reporting documentation and lead regular stakeholder discussions with the partners, including but not limited to Monthly Updates and Quarterly Reports. Ensure partners are involved throughout the process to create shared ownership of deliverables.
