Responsibilities
- Define strategy, design solutions and help deliver next generation India's payment platform.
- Define the product vision, roadmap and success metrics for the team and use that to inform product strategy and day-to-day decisions.
- Provide cross-functional leadership to a virtual team of analysts, operations, legal, policy, PR, privacy and work with external partners like banks, NPCI, etc.
- Be creative and resourceful in rallying diverse troops behind a common vision building strong relationships across the board. Be articulate and confident in communication.
- Work with engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams (ML, Platform team, etc.) to bring ideas to life.
