Ability to prepare training content and assessment based on identified training needs.
Excellent ability to help workers to improve upon skills.
Profound knowledge of various banking and service delivery regulations.
Ability to provide information regarding products and services.
Ability to resolve all customer issues over phone and email.
Coordinate and conduct small group and individual training sessions based on staff
and organizational learning needs.
Provided assessments to workers and designed training programs to address
identified issues
Routinely evaluate business training needs and adjust staff development and
educational programs.
Develop and manage tracking and reporting progress on training progress.
Completed presentations to help train workers in improving skill set areas.
Completed post-training assessments and submitted evaluative reports to HCM
team.
