Role: Global HRD / US HR Director or Senior Manager - IT Staffing/US IT Consulting must.
Location: Remote
Shift: Night Shift.
Duration: Perm
NOTE: Experience with US Compliance with US Consulting industry experience is mandatory.
Responsibilities
The Global Human Resources Director is responsible to deliver value to the company's core business by providing expertise in people-related services, policies, and programs, through strategic and tactical leadership activities including but not limited to the following responsibilities.
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders for smooth execution of HR requirements.
- Manage employee relations issues for headquarters and international employees, including coordinating and engaging with India HR. In conjunction with legal department and local counsel ensure compliance with U.S. and international labor laws, supporting audits as necessary;
- Provide tools and guidelines to support and implement policies and procedures, domestic and international employment agreements, development of HRIS, employee manuals, benefit summaries and compensation guidelines; Maintain a high-quality central HR function, including appropriate technology, systems and tools, including the use of metrics and people data to inform key decisions;
- Oversee all HR functions from Employee Onboarding through in coordination with respective managers. Provide periodic on-going updates to the management.
- Responsible to work with Insurance broker on a regular basis (including renewal discussions and evaluation of carrier/plans) to ensure company provided health insurance and wellness programs are included and executed as per best practices and are fully compliant. Work with Local HR and Benefits Manager to ensure efficiency in ongoing and annual renewal processes
- Oversee and mentor HR teams in US and India and provide functional leadership to all employees.
- Will work with Finance and Accounting team to monitor over all company performance and add strategic value to the bottom line.
Key Requirements:
- Human Resources professional with 15+ years of progressive human resources/organization development experience;
- Experience in US domestic and international Human Resources functions
- Deep and broad understanding of employment law, employee relations, compensation, and benefits;
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and collaboratively about employee development and training;
- Previous management experience required in a senior role; At least 5 years preferred;
- Ability to influence and build credibility at all levels and establish collaborative working relationships;
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, complex, decentralized and geographically diverse organizational structure;
- Ability to determine and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations;
