Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead small and medium process change projects involving technical operations.
- Act as the business product owner for HR related teams in the Help and Support spaces.
- Partner with the business to understand problems and confirm that the proposed solutions solve the problems.
- Create detailed mock-ups of solutions before they are built and introduced to the customer side.
- Participate in larger projects which require systems integration practices.
- Work with Documentation Analyst to keep document sets/global knowledge articles up to date and running.
- Take accountability for system-based VOC and fix issues noted by submitter in partnership with Technical.

- Needs to have some depth of knowledge in HR functions.
- Ensure Successful interaction with HR and Technical stakeholders.
- Enhanced familiarity with process improvement might also be an advantage.
- Participation in past agile teams might be an added benefit.
- Understand best practices of a Help/Knowledge/Ticketing solution within the HR space, including best ways to help utilise Tier 0 resources
- Familiarity with chatbots and maximising their use to employees
- Ideally have a working knowledge of Service Now (or alternatively another incident management solution)
