Job Description
Objective - Support in Development of a high impact trade marketing plan to achieve defined business objectives across all Gits Food existing products & new product launches
1. Formulate promotions and engagement activities in line with budget & brand guidelines
2.Ensure effective execution of engagement plans across channels to drive sales
3. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of all investments and initiatives, ensuring growth and high ROI
4.Enable field sales team and channel partners to execute programs to deliver superior outputs
5.Actively seek feedback from internal and external stakeholders to improve effectiveness and impact of activities
6.Regular analysis of latest market and competition trends to develop the best-in-class strategies
7.Regular analysis of latest market and competition insights to develop the best-in-class strategies.
8.Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organization on field sales needs and marketing initiatives
9.Develop and deploy Strategies for NPD launches. Decide & monitor placement norms
10.Design and drive Sales promotion activities in the market
11.Leveraging Data Analytics / Analytics tools to drive productivity and efficiency of Sales Team
12.Lead on National initiatives execution in the areas of RTM, Building People Capability and driving sales IT initiatives such as SFAs
13.Handling merchandising strategies across channels, like in shop Branding, POSMs, Indoor & outdoor visibilities.
Key Attributes -
1. Experience in Trade Marketing, GTM/RTM strategy is a must
2.Excellent Interpersonal and people management skills
3.Strong analytical and networking skills
4.Ability to work with cross functional teams and good at stake holder management
5.In-depth knowledge of the Food Industry
6.Experience of analyzing large amount of data and trends
7.Willingness to travel and work with sales team Pan India
