Job Description
We are looking for Human Resource post graduates/graduates with relevant consulting and solutioning experience with a sound knowledge of the end-to-end Human resources domain and should have the capability in working with ambiguity.
In this role, you will be encouraged to work on deadlines, in a fairly high-pressure business environment while being a good great teammate.
Prior HR experience in the BPO Industry handling Analytics portfolio experience will be preferred.
Should be open to work in different time zones as per the business requirement.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Collaboratively design, develop, and deliver HR Services strategies for a global clientele
- Co-create outstanding solutions by sharing outside in view across industries. Partner and provide efficient solutions/approach to clients for their short term and long term business goals
- Anticipates growing customer needs and expectations to continuously improve product development and service delivery
- Build an excellent understanding of the business and employee development needs across bands by demonstrating Design Thinking principles
- Collaborate with the Business, Verticals, and other functions to validate content accessibility, relevance, and applicability
- Collaborate with Senior leadership & Global teams to drive people agenda
- Monitor and evaluate the uptake of content and its value generation across the various workstreams
- Lead a team of HRBP and execute people Function G&O for a span of 1500+ employees
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate (any stream)
- Relevant experience in solution architect/consulting role
- Certified HR Practitioner with specialization in the minimum of two areas in the Hire to Retire cycle
- HR-ERP exposure: Must have
- GBS Industry exposure
- Good Communication Skills, Influencing Skills & proficient knowledge of excel
