- Reports directly to Senior Manager - Strategic Initiatives, GIC GSS
- Responsible for supporting key global projects under Strategic Initiates
- Will be responsible for planning facilitate implementation of projects as per agreed timelines
- Will be responsible for ensuring consistent standardized delivery of projects, within scope, budget guidelines
- Will be responsible for tracking, reporting progress communication to all project stakeholders
- Will be responsible for helping GSS service owners in measuring reporting of KPI/metrics data
- Will be responsible for pulling maintaining External benchmarking reports for all GSS services
- Works in close collaboration with the US Strategic Initiatives Continuous Improvement team members
Job Responsibilities
- 40% of Time Maintain SEF Momentum
- Will be responsible for ensuring timely update of Service Excellence Framework Education modules maintenance of SEF Playbooks by the Service owners etc., tracking of SEF Wave Review calendars, follow-up on action items, de-brief sessions etc.
- Will be responsible for operationalizing the SEF Maturity assessment
30% of Time Facilitate, support manage GSS CCI Projects
- Will play a key role of project managing the GSS projects under Center of
- Continuous Improvement (Defect analysis, Metrics, Work transition)
- Will provide key project updates to the GSS CCI Leaders at defined cadence
- Will be responsible for highlighting designing risk mitigation plan for projects
- Will be responsible for sharing Best Practices across projects
- Will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive project documentation
- Will be responsible for maintaining stakeholder relationship
20% of Time
- Will be responsible for creation, maintenance management of SEF Metrics Dashboards
- Will be responsible for fetching maintaining the External Benchmarking data
10% of Time
- Will be responsible for supporting Adhoc Tasks/Requests from GSS CCI Leadership
Desired Profile
Education
- Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors
- Preferred Degree Requirements: Masters
- Required Professional Certifications: Any Project Management Certification
Experience
- Minimum years of related experience required: 8-10 years of handling projects and Managing Global stakeholders, Visualization tools e.g. Tableau
Specific Job Experience or Skills Needed:
- Experience working with global teams
- Hands-on experience in using Smartsheet, Tableau, SharePoint, MS Visio
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written English are required.
- Attentive listening skills and attention to detail are necessary to be effective in this role.
- Ability to partner with peers and project team members and demonstrate collaborative and effective teamwork.
