Roles and Responsibilities
The company is into the manufacturing of wooden and Bamboo made educational toys and soft toys . We are looking for someone who has relevant experience in same industry And who are willing to work in the Toys Manufacturing Industry.
- Plan and ensure necessary contingency plans are in place to handle any eventualities.
- Process optimization Performance Management, Sales & Marketing, Staffing, Management Proficiency, Coordination, Coaching, Developing Standards, Financial Planning and Strategy, Process Improvement, Decision Making, Strategic Planning, Quality Management
- Proactively work with product line management, engineering, service and other departments to incorporate best practices into the manufacturing environment.
- Establish the brand name in market & drive revenue through efficient team handling & liaisoning
- To look after safety and security measures for guests, employees and Hospital assets.
- Ensure that manufacturing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market.
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives of the management and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate should have experience in operation department. Should be active & smart.
- Ability to Train, Manage and Extract performance from Staff
- Experience in managing end to end Operations with cost responsibilities.
- Team Player, Plan activities, prioritize, execute and guide team and ensuring timely delivery of Tasks.
- Ability to implement Management policies and provide regular pre-decided Reports
- Leading and motivating the sales team. Recruiting, training and monitoring staff.
