Job Description
What will you be doing :
- Responsible for driving top line and P&L through the Tier 3 Channel Business
- Responsible in preparing a long term strategy to drive reach and depth for the largest volume channel of tally
- Should be able to create a profitable and sustainable business channel
- Cascade all initiatives to the Zonal Functional Team and own up the Zonal Tier 3 Partner Team
- Work with Zonal Tier 3 Head to execute the Tier 3 Channel strategy at the Zones
- Build and monitor resource performance, vendor selections and finalizations
- Monitor and review execution
- Recommend corrective measures to the 3 Star Certified Partner Business Head, if any
- Keep acquiring new and good quality partners and ensure optimum presence in all district across the county
- Work to create the new revenue opportunity and explore new channels to drive reach and penetration
- Train partners
- Responsible for Partner's ROI
- Solution selling to the Channel partners
- Commercial Governance
- Represent leadership team at HO
- Participate in all policy and decision making w.r.t Channel business and give strategic inputs to increase the business and profitability of the channel
- Build and sustain own team
- Build capability of the teams
- Guide Sales team on all business related to the Channel
- Mass channel Partner Account Management
- Experience of handling mass and high volume business
- Experience of handling channels small and medium entrepreneurs
- Experience in B2B buying behavior
- Should have an excellent idea of producing partner strategies that produce sustainable and scalable income without compromising on relations with partners across the region
- Should have strong knowledge on partner development strategies and well versed with go to market strategies of the market
