Roles and Responsibilities
- Play a Lead role in Site Food Safety Management Program deployment by closely working with Site Quality & cross functional teams.
- Support & collaborate with cross functional teams including NPD, Product Development, Engineering, Marketing, and Supply Chain functional areas to drive the business priorities.
- Ensure RM, PM, Intermediate and finished products comply with defined specifications. Shall be responsible for the decision quality for RM, PM and FG release criterion.
- To Work closely with regulatory & NPD teams on new products and artwork development as per compliance.
- Ensure Product testing compliance as per FSSAI requirement.
- Ensuring compliance to external audits i.e. FSSC 22000, QMS requirements and FSSAI requirements.
- Quality Lab management - Ensuring product testing/release as per frequency & specifications.
- Responding to customer queries / complaints and implementation of corrective / preventive actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Ensuring effective implementation of QMS at plant. E.g. SOPs Change management, validation, pest control, internal audit, material & product control, laboratory control, material receipt etc.
- Should be able to handle multiple stakeholders
- Should have understanding related to new projects documentation and validations (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, FAT, SAT etc.)
- Leading Quality team to ensure site Quality systems are in compliance with Quality & food safety standards of organisation.
