Roles and Responsibilities
1. Production Planning : Receive monthly production plan from PPC. Understand customer requirements and do the capacity planning to get optimum results from the available
resources.
2. Monitoring & Control: Monitor the ongoing production work. Identify work related problems and provide solutions. Motivate the team to deliver performance. Ensure daily/weekly production targets are achieved.
3. Quality Management: Monitor and ensure all the quality control parameters are achieved during production process. Identify quality/process related problems & provide solutions to improve on the same. Do the analysis of rejections and control rejections/wastages. Achieve costing targets.
4. Audits & Certifications: Prepare and update work systems/processes, instructions and formats as per quality standard requirements. Maintain documentation. Maintain internal checks. Do the compliance as per standards. Provide support for internal/external audits and ensure audits are cleared.

Desired Candidate Profile
BE /Diploma - Mechanical Engineering with min. 12 + yrs of experience from rubber industry (automobile parts manufacturing). Experience in plant administration, customer management, and export is required. Expertise in rubber moulding, metal to rubber parts (mandatory) and sealing (preferable).
