Job: Assistant Manager/ Manager
Location: Chennai, Pune, Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain a healthy customer pipeline
- End to end handling of customer queries i.e. onboarding/disbursement/ongoing servicing
- Be an ambassador for the product and the company for all customer facing activities; work with the customer delivery team to ensure proper execution of closed deals, along with proper documentation
- Responsible for increase in AUM and fees
- Providing channel finance & vendor finance to customers
- Business encompasses financing both ends of large corporate relationships viz. distributors as well as vendors through supply chain finance
- Responsible for increasing supply chain finance portfolio along with active utilisation from all existing customers accounts in Mumbai
- Perform preliminary credit assessment
- Preparation of daily and monthly MIS and reconciliation
- Understand financial ratios using computer programs, to evaluate customers' financial status
The Ideal Candidate
- Good understanding of balance sheets, profit and loss and cash flow statements
- Strong negotiating skills
- A strong communicator with a clear and concise presentation style
- Have working knowledge of MS office especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Relationship building should be the key strength
- Able to handle work pressure, work within the set timelines and update on a weekly basis
- Open to travel and meet people across the country
