Required Skills:
The candidate should have the below skill sets,
5+years experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, Project/Programmer Manager with Agile teaming methodologies such as XP, Scrum and Kanban.
Demonstrated track record of using standard lean/agile techniques like Pairing,CI,DevOps,VSM, A3, TDD, and BDD to improve software development processes.
Project/Programme Management certification is preferable.
Scrum Certification like CSM/CSPO/CSP are preferable.
Responsibilities:
The job roles and responsibilities are,
Facilitate,coach and model agile values to ensure the development teams are adhering to those values and behaviours.
Manages specific value streams with in the portfolio containing multiple development teams in each.
Ensure that any blockers that are raised within the development teams are unblocked asap and escalated to Heads of departments if required.
Coordinate development releases across all of the teams to ensure that all dependencies are known and tracked.
Supports the Scrum Masters under each value stream and ensure that the team is performing to the expected levels.
Ensures that Scrum Masters and development team are aware of delivery dates and escalate to the Head of Delivery if there is any deviation to agreed dates.
Management responsibilities for Scrum Masters and Junior Delivery Managers
