Job Description
1) Responsible for Blue Collar and White Collar Recruitment
2) Screen candidates , scheduling interviews , collecting joining documents
3) Co-ordinating with the Corporate HR Team for validation of documents and CTC
4) Issuing various HR related letters(Offer Letter , Appointment Letter )
5) Completing KYC and ESIC enrollment
6) Maintaining employees files , records ,medical cards
7) Updating employee attendance in the portal ,coordinating with Corporate HR Team for attendance ,over time validation as per the payroll cycle
8)Sharing left employee data along with clearance form to the Corporates HR Team
9)Preparing Daily Manpower Report and tracking the absenteeism
10) Resolving employee grievance
11) Working closing with Operation Team and understanding the client needs
12) Maintaining all the Statutory Compliance documents (PF ,PT ,ESIC , LWF etc)
13) Co-ordinating for Trainings
14) Vendor Management
