Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for the sales of LAP/HL/Working capital/Business loan.
- Good Communication, Hard convincing,
- Required selling skills, good presentation skills, Self-motivated.
- Responsible for generating leads from the market.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of the Secured/Unsecured Products.
- Business lead generation.
- Maintaining all the sales database.
- Sales of Mortgage loan/SME/LAP
- Maximize sales through a network & sales team handling experience required.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
- Having experience of 1-3 years of the same product.
- Knowledge of local geography and Language is a must.
- Local Candidates are preferable for each location.
- Computer proficiency is a must.
- Result oriented
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Effective communication
- Problem-Solving skills
- Time management & planning
- Strong Convincing Skills
