Building & managing the team - optimizing team productivity and achieving team results.
Sourcing business through open market and through different channels.
Fulfilling the leads. Implement & develop sales activities to achieve the target.
Executing all the Sales planning and overseeing target allocation.
Delivering the KRAs
Effective coordination of business development & promotional activities across the division
Ensure implementation of product policy and coordination with Credit, Legal, Product team, Central operations to manage the customer journey from sourcing to disbursement.
Process & regulatory compliance Sales force effectiveness program to build and drive best in class sales force with high productivity
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate with a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant Home Loans/ Mortgage experience.
Understanding of local Market
Ability to strategize the most optimum method to achieve business objectives for the geography
Hiring, training, and nurturing of an effective sales team
Knowledge of local geography and laws related to Home loans
Understanding of end-to-end processes related to customer interface
