Roles and Responsibilities
- To assist in developing Annual business Plan of Territory & business targets growth
- Contribute to the Annual/Quarterly/Monthly numbers achievement in Sales & Budget achievement
- Track the growth in sales and present to management
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development. Responsible for sales planning, sales reviews.
- Analyzes the market dynamics and creating a strategy to move up the sales through demand generation
- Managing the complete sales cycle from leads to the conversion to receipt of payments.
- Ensure DSO (Day Sales outstanding) and maintaining Credit limit within 20 -30 days & action plan on recovery on average in region
- Ensure and work on Key product achievement & Increase Profitability & participate in Launch of New product range.
- Ensure monthly forecasting for next 2 months to be provided to Management for further action
- Ensure incremental networking of distributor strengthening YoY
- Build long-term, value-based customer relationships with key distributors that enable achievement of sales objectives, repetition of orders
- To maintain historic data of business associated.
- Ensure periodically review on distributor performance and check on gaps in performance and create actionable steps to close the gaps.
- Ensure direct and active relationships with dealer/Retailers, including proactively resolving issues and serving as an internal advocate.
- Conduct regular meeting with distributors, product training and sales strategy
- Identify sales opportunities, business opportunities to increase sales by identifying competitors strengths & weaker area, untapped area coverage & opportunity available in market & submit projected business plan
- Maintain and promote a teamwork environment with effective and clear communication amongst colleagues and seniors.
- Ensure regular update from market & provide to seniors /management on reporting part and submit weekly/fortnightly/monthly reports with analysis and suggestive action plan
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduation (In agriculture Preferred)
2-4 years of experience in Agrochemical Company
Strong interpersonal communication,
influencing & relationship building skills,
Creative thinking, solution provider, result oriented, team player,
Ability to cope with last minute changes and requests, crisis,
Customer/market orientation and service mentality,
Ready for extensive travel to the markets
